Grass Seed.—The demand continues good, and prices have advanced. Good well cleaned fanners' parcels are worth from Sβ to 3a 9d per bushel ; indifferently .cleaned according to sample ; cocksfoot, 2|dto2fd perlb. Cheese and Butter.—There is no alteration in values ; 3d to 3£tl for the former, 6£d to 7d per 1 1> for the latter. Hay is wortU il"2 10s delivered in Christchuruh,
