ROAD PURPOSES. npilE Akaroa County Council pro_l_ poses, under the provisions of The Public Works Act, 1880, to take certain land (hereinafter I described) for road purposes, for a continuation of the BaJguerie road, and all persons affected are requested to set forth in writing nny well-grounded ob- ! jeetions to the taking of such land, and to send such writing within forty days from the flate of publication hereof to the Akaroa County Council.
