Melbourne, Mnrch 10. jl A whale-boat containing tliree men, which it was feared had been lost in 3 r esterday'e storm, arrived in the bay all safe last night. In the Legislative Assembly last night the debate on Murry Smith's motion for ft confefence of the two Houfes on the reform Bill was concluded, and on a division being takon the proposal was rejected by 40 to 33, Adelaide, March 10. The South Australian Minister has resignod, and a reconstruction of Ministry has been found by Morgan- It is considered probable that a modification of the policy set forth in Morgan's recent manifests will be favored by tho new Cabinet.
