Nuchail Boyton, chief paid organiser of branches of Land Leaguers, and who was one of the traversers in the recent State prosecutions, has been arrested in Ireland under the Viceroy's warrant. He contends that as he is an American subject his arrest is illegal, and ho claims protection of the United States Government.
