Friday. Feb. 18,1881. ASSAULT. Edward Wright for a violent assault upon Charles Johnston, at Barry's Baj, was fined \& and costs. In default one month's imprisonment. DESTRUCTION .OF PROPERTY. Tho same defendant was charged with wilful destruction of property. Fined 20s find costs, and ordered to pay the value of the property destroyed. In default one month's imprisonment. CIVIL CASES. Bieitmoyer v. Hoes. Claim £5 4s. Judgment summons. Ordered to pay £1 per month. In default one month's imprisonment. The Court then adjourned.
