GRAIN AND PRODUCE.

The business transacted during the week in the grain market has been much of the same character as the preceding. The market continues very quiet, and little stir may be excepted until the opening of the new season. Old wheat in small lots finds buyers at 4s 3d. The demand for oats is not at all active. Prime milling , old, are quoted at Is 7d. A few parcels of average feed have been disposed of at Is 3d to Is 4d. Feed barley has been quoted at Is 3d to la 6d. The new season's will find purchasers at 3s 6d and npwa.dafor best samples. Flour is in fair request at £11. Ryegrass is offering at 2s 6d to 2s 10d for the new seasons. Butter is quoted at 6d f.o.b. Cheese dull, at former rates. Hams and bacon un altered.
