STOCK REPORT.

On Wednesday lart there was only a moderate attendance of buyers at the Aldington Yards, when 62G8 sheep and 253 cattle were brought forward.

Sheep.—The bidding for sheep was brisk throughout. Prime fat cross-breda realised 11s 6d ; good and medium, from Ds Gd to 10s Oil. Best lots of merinos sold at from Gβ lid to 7s 3d. Fat lambs in prime condition brought 9s ; medium from 7s to 8s Gd.

Cattle.—There was only a small supply of beef cattle, and prices ranged about the same as last week. Second quality stock were dull of sale. Stores were in small supply, and bidding was dull No material alteration took place in the rates.
