CIVIL CASE,
Cnrrairh v. Vangioni ; claim. 12s Gd.— This claim was for a balance alleged to be due on some old partnership account between the parties. It appeared lhat the accounts between plaintiff and defendant had been submitted to arbitration some time a_o, and the amount awarded by the arbitrators had been paid by defendant. Judgment was given for defendant, with costs. The Court then adjourned.
