No one allowed to run a horse unless a subscriber, of at least one guinea to the funds. All the races to be run in heats except the Hack Race. Qualification fee to be paid the night of general entry. Nominations to be sent in writing to the Secretary, stating age and previous performances not later than Dec. 4. Acceptance and general entry Dec. 18. District horse means the property of a Bona fide resident in the district three months previous to the races, district to be a line from Port Victoria to Gebbie's Flat. Three horses to start for each event or no race. The decision of the stewards to be final in all cases where a dispute arises. 5 per cent to be deductpd from all winnings. B. BARKER, Secretary.
