Sin,-—I noticed my friend Robert Straw, some two and-a-half. months past, wroce ■* to you concerning the revival of the Mutual Improvement Association, and not finding any chance for its being resuscitated for the present winter wrote another letter, suggesting that thoro being <* apparently no chance of the Association' coming to life again, a meeting,might be called by the President to wind up the concern, and to give tho late Treasurer a chance of handing orer 'a statement of accounts, together with the balance of money he had on hand.
