GRAIN AND PRODUCE.
The week just passed has been of the most uneventful character. The business done has neither been of an extensive nature, nor at prices which show any improvement on rates ruling for some little time past. Wheat presents much the same features as the previous week. Values remain at 3s 3d to 3a 5d for good samples, and 3k Gd for best quality. The supply of feed lots is abundant. •Oats-are without al oration. For good feed we quote Is 2d to la 3d. For best milling a better demand has been experienced, but prices have not been effected in any way. For this class of oats Is 4d to Is Ud is quoted. Barley.—Barley remains hard to quit. For first-class, of which very little comes forward, 3a'3d to 3s 4d is quoted, while good malting ranges between 2s 6d and 3s. For other kinds the range of pi ices is very wide.
Flour is quoted at £9 to £10 according to brand. Potatoes are being offered at 255, but the, enquiry is not over brisk at the moment. ' Dairy Produce.—Butter commands 'Jd to lOd ; cheese, 4d to 4|-d.
