fSPKCIAL TO THE Mail] to ' Melbourne, April 15. The sugar market firm. The Hon. James Service, Premier, •addressed his constituents at BarringIheep, in the electorate of Maldon, last night. In the course of his address he said that his programme would be unchanged. The question of Reform of the Constitution would foe just introduced into Parliament, and he was confident that his measure would be carried through during'the coming session. Mr Service intimated that further reinstatements of Black Wednesday victims --would be made wkerever the dismissals ■were proved unjust.
Adelaide, April 13. The South Australian Parliament will meet for dispatch of business on 27th May. ,
Sydney, April 12. The City of Sydney has arrived from Auckland.
A destructive fire occurred at Bathuret last night. The flames were only mastered after great exertions.

Mr Macabraith. the Premier, who is now at Home, telegraphs that he is unable to leave London until May. The meeting of Parliament is therefore postponed till July. .
