J. Sunokell, jun. v. Hammond. Claim £12. Judgment in this case had been reserved, and was now given for plaintiff, with costs.
Rodrigues v. Stratton—Claim, £9 9s. In this case plaintiff sued as the assignee of the book debts of A, K. Harlock. Mr Nalder appeared for defendant. Judgment for defendant with costs.
The Court then adjourned,
