Business has been so quiet during the past week that there is scarcely anything demanding a detailed notice. .„...., Wheat.- I —We can merely repeat the quotations of the previous week—4s 9d to 5s —with nothing offering beyond an odd ■small lot now and again. . Oats.—Sales of old are being pressed at te 9d to 2s for feed quality. ; Milling are quoted at 2s to 2s 2d. Stocks of the latter are working down. New oats may very. shortly be expected in the market, as the late fine weather has been most beneficial.
Flour.—A fair business is reported at the old rate of £12 10s to £13.
Grass Seed.—Forward offers of rye-grass and cocksfoot are being made, but no actual transaction has come under notice, buyers and sellers not yet having come together as regards values.
