GRAIN AND PRODUCE.
Business in the grain market during the week has been noticeably dull, and the aggregate of transactions is reported on every hand as extremely small. Wheat.—Not many sales can be noted in wheat. Prices are unchanged, and range from 4s lOd to ss. Oats continue depressed, and sales are confined to trade parcels. Values are, if anything, weaker. Feed, Is lOd to 2s; milling, 2s Id to 2s 2d. Flour is quoted at £13, with a moderate Grass Seed.—The crop will soon be ready for cutting, and the yield, it is expected, will exceed anything hitherto known. Cocksfoot also is offering, and several 'arge parcels have been brought forward without a deal resulting, buyers' and sellers' ideas of value being wide of each other. Dairy Produce. —Cheese at s£d to 6<l. Butter, in good supply, 7d to Bd.
