'AKAROA AND WAINUI BOAD BOA*RD PUBLIC NOTICE. IN terms of sees 93 and 95 of " The Public Works Act, 1876," notice is hereby given, that in terms nf sub-sT 3 of the first recited clause of the above Act, that it is the intention of the Akaroa and Wainui iJnad Board to CLOSE that portion of the road running through Rhodes', Flat, Wainui, described as under and delineated in a plan to be seen at the office of the said Board, Duvauchelle's Bay, during twelve consecutive weeks from this date, and in lieu thereof* to open a road , also described as under and delineated on the said plan. ■• «. . ■ (By order of Board.)
