*• -'Melbourne, August 27. In the' Legislative Assembly*■ last night, the Hon; Graham Berry, in a lengthy speech, moved the second reading of the Reform Bill. Sydney, August 27. A decapitated body - was found at Wagga. An inquest was held, and a verdict of murder against some person or persons unknown was returned. Reports from New Caledonia state that some rich new reefing has been discovered.
