Messrs Robert Wilkin and Co. report:— Sheepskins.—We catalogued 2529 skins for our usual weekly saie. There Avas a
fair attendance of buyers anil prices were firm. Butchers' cross-breds, large, 3s 10d to 4<5 9d each ; do. do, medium, 3s to 3s lOd each ; do, do, small and inferior, 2s to 3s each ; do. merino, largo, 3s to 3s lOd each ; do, do. medium, 2s 3d lo 3s each ; do, small r.nd inferior, ls6d to 2s 3d each ; country merino, ls to 4s 6d each : country cross-bred, 2s to 4s lOd each. Tallow. — A very large quantity of butchers' rough fat comprised our week's catalogue. There was a full attendance of the trade with good prices. Best clean, well saved, per lb ; second quality, lfd per lb ; inferior, and heated, l|d per lb. Hides.—Unsold. Calf skins, 4d per lb ; cut nn\ damaged, half price.
