The weather being so favorable* for"gfkss peed, sowing lias also. we are gbtd to say, induced a slight improved enq-uy for fee;ls, and from what wo can gather lining down will he carried out to a mncli'greater extent than was ■thought of some little time ago. "Flour.—A fair business has been done in this at bust rates, viz. .£lO to £11. Grass Seed.—Owing to the bar biess of the times it was thought that demand for this would he greatly curtailed, and so it has when compared wiih the enquiry for seed experienced at this season in former years. The weather lately having been so extremely favorable for sowing has created a slightly better tone, and although we cannot note a great improvement, still the feeling is not quite so dead.
