(Reuters Telegrams.) Sydney, June 26. A Bill has been introduced in the Legislative Council which provides for the more effectual punishment of certain atrocious crimes on which the sentence of death is commuted. The steamship Adela, which fouled her anchor and sank at Newcastle on Tuesday was successfally floated last night.
