(Rbuter's Telegrams.) Cairo, June 25. The Great Powers have notified the Khedive that they will enforce his dethronement ' immediately in favor of Rafin (? Hafiz) Pasha unless he voluntarily abdicates at once.

(FROM THE LYTTELTON TIMES.) London, June 23. In the House of Lords last night, in reply to a question, the Secretary of Foreign Affairs stated that England and France had demanded the abdication of the Khedive of Egypt, and recommended Prince Tewfik, the hereditary Prince, as his successor. The total quantity of wheat afloat for Great Britain is estimated at 1,400,000 quarters. Cairo, June 23. Notwithstanding the representations of the European Powers, the Khedive positively refuses to abdicate.
