Sir, — " Eatepayer's " reasons are very good, but I think.a comparative statement of expenditure with some other part of the district of about equal rateable value would enable the ratepayers to decide whether the claim for the above road is equitable or not. Yours, &c, ANOTHER RATEPAYER.
