AUSTRALIA.
Sydney, Feb. 21.
The' Outlawry Bill was introduced last night in the Legislative Assembly to meet the case of the Kelly gang. The Standing Orders were suspended. The measure passed through all its stages, and has been sent up to the Upper House.
In consequence of the Banks refusing further advances, the Sydney Corporation has no funds to pay its laborers, and has applied to Government for an immediate loan.
