STOCK AND STATIONS.
At Addington, on Wednesday, 5020 -heap and lambs, 696 head of cattle, and :4 pigs, comprised the entries for the 'Vc-T-k.
Fat Sheep —In fair supply, selling readily at about last week's quotations. Fat Lambs —In excess of demand, and a few lines had to be cleared at reduced prices. Good lambs made 7s 6d, inferior _c upward. Fat Cattle.—A full supply, in the market and many of superior quality, especially a small line from Wanganui, which were much admired by the trade. Best quality made t'rmn 27s 6d to 30s, medium from 24k to 275.
Pigs—ln demand for stubble feeding. Store Cattle—ln brisk demand, selling vary readily at improved priceß, according to ages and forward condition. Store Sheep neglected.
