Since our last report the weather has been fairly favorable for harvest operations, which are now in full swing in all parts of tho Province, and should we be favored with a continuance of fine weather, we may fairly expect the bulk of the crops will be saved in the course of another fortnight
Now that the harvest is well forward oar fanners are better able to judge, of the probable yeild of their crops, and reports generally are moro favorable than was anticipated.
At Aldington on 4535 sheep and l.vaibs, 320 cattle, 74 pigs were yarded for the week.
Fat Sheep were in short supply, and brisk demand. They met with a ready -iilft at an advance on last weeks prices of ■v tin Is to Is3d per head.
