AUSTRALIA.
Sydney, Jan. 16.
The French war steamer Victorieuse, with the Admiral for the Pacific station, arrived yesterday. The Bulli lock-out is still unsettled. A meeting yesternight expressed sympathy, and promised assistance to the miners.
