M'CULLOCH.V. ECARBROUGH,
Claim for £100, on a dishonored acceptance, bearing the endorsement o± the late Mr Gγ. Scarbrough. Mr Nalder appeared for the plaintiff. Defendant asked for an adjournment for a week.
Plaintiff offered no objection, and the case was adjourned accordingly. The Court then adjourned.
