Annand, Henry Billens, Patrick O'Reilly, and John Sunckell, resigned, thereby causing four extraordinary vacancies. WITH the view of Winding-up Accounts of tho Company, the Treasurer requests all persons to whom money has been paid on account of the above Company, to hand over the amount to him at once ; and the Committee appointed to carry out arrangements for the ball held in the Town Hall on the 28th September, 1876, will please furnish statement of receipts and expenditure, together with proceeds of sale of tickets, to enable the Treasurer to publish the balance-sheet. Also, any members having in their possession any ammunition or other goods, the property of the said Company, will please forward particulars, that the same may be sold, and any outstanding accounts settled.
