Thompson, Returning Officer. Okain's Bay—School-house, Little Akaloa. R. Willis, Returning Officer. Le Bon's Bay—School-house, Le Bon's Bay. T. H. Macmillan, Returning Officer. TO THE ELECTOBS OF THE LITTLE RIVER RIDING. ENTLEMEN,T-Having boon re\JT quested by .a large number of influential Electors of the above Riding to offer myself as a Candidate at the forthcoming Election for the County Council, I hereby offer my services for the general good of the district, and the Peninsula generally. My views are that the Road Boards are the proper parties to spend the money, and that the County Council should not curb or interfere with their proper functions and liberties.
