FRIDAY, OCTOBER 18. (Before, Justin Aylmer, Esq., R.M.) CATTLE TRESPASS John Sunckell, jun., for allowing two horses to wander in the streets, was fined 5s and costs. CIVIL CASE. G. Kearney v W. Maltby.— Claim, £12 10s for rent. Mr Nalder appeared for defendant, and contended that the Court had no jurisdiction, as the title to the land was in dispute. Mr Breitmeyer had given defendant notice to pay no rent to plaintiff, and was taking proceedings in the Supreme Court to establish his title.
