AKAROA RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
Tuesday, Oct. 1. (Before Justin Aylmer, Esq., R.M.) larceny. Breitmeyer v Hammond.—A case of stealing goose eggs, which was remanded to the 4th inst. CATTLE TRESPASS. J. Thomas, for this offence, was fined 10s, and costs 5s Gd. Civil Case. Hainon v Mora, £6 10s, a claim for wages. £4 10s was paid into Court. Judgment for amount paid into Court. The Court then adjourned. Wednesday, Oct. 2. (Before Justin Aylmer, Esq., R.M.) DRUNK aND INCArABLE. John Taylor, for this offence, was dismissed with a caution. The Court then adjourned.
