Tuesday, July 2. (Before Justin Aylmer, Esq., R.M., and His Worship the Mayor.) FURIOUS RIDING. ■ ' C. Haylock pleaded guilty to an offence of this nature. JFined £5 and costs. ABUSIVE LANGUAGE. The same defendant was charged with using , abusive language to Constable Ruffel. Fined 40s and cost. CATTLE TRESPASS. M. Wight, H. D. Worsley, and Thomas Walsh were each fined 10s and costs for allowing cows to wander. Civil Case, A case of this kind was called on, in which there was no appearance of either party. . The Court then adjourned.
