A CHALLENGE.
To the Editor of the Akaroa Mail. Siß,r-If those who hide under the noms de plume of " Dioffienes," "Ratepayer," "Aladdin," and "Pigeon Bay," will sign n their names in full, I will endeavor to give them the information they require. I ask these writers, if there is such gross abuse and peculation-going on in the Akaroa and Wainui Road Board, why should they be ashamed of their names ? It eeeftis strange to me that " Batepayer," in his ipimerous requests, has forgotten cost of surveys.
Yours, dec., HENRY PIPER
