Austrian assent is assured. (special to the press agency). London, June 17. Earl Salisbury proposed the admission of Greece to the Congress. Prince Bismarck made several proposals regarding the order of business, but no decision resulted, and the Congress adjourned to Wednesday. The strikers have agreed to accept a reduction. The mills are to be re- opened generally on Wednesday.
