Nearly all the Railway Audit Department will shortly be notified that their services will be no longer required. Already six of these officials have received their notice cf dismissal. Several others will be similarly dealt with shortly. Produce prices are as follows :—Flour? £13 to £13 10s; Adelaide, £18;. hams, 9d ; bacon, 7d ; cheese, 7fd ; potatoes, £5 ; butter, lid.
