TENDERS are invited for Widening Three Chains of the B.i'ry's Bay and French Farm Road, on brow of hill above the Boat Landing ; and also for taking off the Point at the corner of Mr M. M. Jones' section. Specifications to be seen at the Road Board office, on and after Saturday, the 16th instant. TAKE NOTICE, the Valuation Roll for the Akaroa and Wainui Road District for the year 1878 is NOW OPEN FOR INSPECTION at the office of the said Road Board. All objections thereto must be left at the Resident Magistrate's Court, on or before the 15th February, addressed to the Assessment Court, and a copy of every such objection must be left with the Clerk of the said Board, not less than seven days before the sitting of the said Court. IN accordance with the provisions of the " Rating Act, 1876," notice is hereby given, that the Valuation List of the Okain's Road District for the year 1878 is NOW OPEN FOR INSPECTION at the Library, Okain's Bay, Little Akaloa, and Le Bon's Bay, until the 15th February. Ail objections thereto must be left at the Resident Magistrate's Court, Akaroa, on or before the 15th day of February next, addressed to the Assessment Court, and a copy of every such objection must be left at. the Road Board Office, Okain's Bay, not less than seven days before the next sitting of the said Court, of which due notice will be given.
