Flour. —The business is still confined to local purchases at £13 to £14. This season's wheat is now being usad for mixing, and we may expect an improvement in the quality of the bread supplied by the bakers. Grass Seed. —Not many samples have lately been shown; any brought forward of good quality readily finds buyers at 6s; inferior, Is to ss. Dairy Produce. —Butter and cheese are without change, to 8d and being the quotations. Hams and bacon are quiet at 8d in cloth.
