The following persons were fined 5s each and costs for the above offence :—William Coop (two separateiicharges), James Watkins, Robert Stewart, J. Lines (two separate charges), H. de. Bere (a Maori), J. F. Stan bury, jun., arid H. Wakefield, M. Joblin, R. Humphries, and .J. R. Gilliatt were fined 10s each and. costs for the same offence. • FURIOUS RIDING. Moko (a Maori) was charged with the above offence, and dismissed with a caution. Civil Cases.* A. D. Allan v. G. R. Joblin.—Debt, £40 17s. Judgment by default for amount claimed, with costs.
