PIGEON BAY ROAD BOARD.

A meeting of the above Board was held pn-Saturday, December, Ivi ' .'I. Present—Messrs Gillespie (chairman), Budua, Pitcaithley, and M'Kay. correspondence. Proposed by Mr Budua, and seconded by Mr K'Kay—" That the line of road surveyed by Mr Welch through Mr Pitcaithley's property be accepted as the main line of road to M'lntosh Bay." Carried. The clerk wa3 directed to forward a copy of the above resolution to the Commissioner of Crown Lands, also an extract of minutes of meeting held on the 19th ult. re the same, and to request that the lines of-road surveyed by Messrs Lewis and Graham, surveyors, be erased from the map of the district.
