I ALEXANDER INNES , McGREGOR, Returning Officer for the Borough of Akaroa, hereby give notice, that in conformity with the provisions of the " Municipal Corporations Act 1876 " and the Regulation of Local Elections Act, 1876," the Annual Election of a Mayor for the Borough of Akaroa, under clauses 51 and 52 of the above first recited Act, will be held at the offices of the Council, Lavaud-street, Akaroa, on WEDNESDAY', the 28th day of November current.
