The question now occupying the attention of members is an alleged breach of privilege, the Governor in a memorandum to Sir George Grey, having refused to call Mr Wilson to the Upper House, owing to the vote of No Confidence Motion, House adjourned to give time for ealni ; consideration. There is no change in relative strength of parties. -'•;-

Fire discovered in upper floor of a store occupied by Levy, as auction mart. Fire first seen in partition between New Zealand Insurance Office and Levy's store. Levy and his storeman, Tuffnell, arrested on suspicion, brought up before R. M. this morning, and remanded.
