Friday, October 12, 1877. (Before Justin Aylmer, Esq., R.M.) Civil Cases.
H. Mc'lntosli v. Ashwin.—This was a claim for £10 for damage done to a cow. Mr In wood appeared for the plaintiff. Judgment was reserved until next Courtday. Same v. Bailey.—Claim, £6 6s for feed and running of 3 calves belonging to defendant. Judgment reserved. T. Brooks v. Giles.-—Claim for £17 10s 6d. Judgment for amount claimed with costs. T. Brooks v. Castle.—Claim for £6 17s 6fl. Adjourned to Tuesday 23rd. instant for the production of further evidence.
