Friday,. October 5, 1877. (Before Justin Aylmer, Esq., R.M.) CATTLE TRESPASS.

W. H. Archer was fined 10s.. with costs Bs., and Is. for witnesses expenses, for allowing an entire horse to be at large. Civil Cases. 11. Sager v. G. Duxbnry, for assaulting his son, J. Sager, a boy of eleven years of age, was fined 10s. and costs. Same v. Same.—For threatening language. The case was dismissed. J. Duxbury v. H. Sager.—For insulting language. Fined 20s. and costs. Same v. Same.—For threatening language to plaintiff's wife. The case was dismissed.

Same v. Same.—For insulting language on October 3rd. Case dismissed.
