TO THE ELECTORS OF THE BOROUGH OP AKAROA. ENTLEMEN,—The time is near ' \Of when you will be called to Elect Councillors for the Borough. I again offer myself for election. Should you see fit to elect me as Councillor, you may depend that I shall use my host efforts for the carrying out sucli works as shall be suited for the benefit of the town, and such measures as shall be best adapted to suit the wants of the inhabitants, having due regard to strict economy, without niggardliness.
