AKAROA RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
/Tuesday,-July 17, 1877. ' (Before Justin Ayiraer, Esq., R;M.) . , WEIGHTS AND. MEASURES. " ' G. A. Oborn was charged with a breach of clause 45 of the Weights and Measures Act, 1868. He pleaded guilty,- and was fined 20s and coats, and the weights' ordered to be destroyed. CATTLE:TRESPASS The following persons;;were charged by the police with allowing 'cattle to wander in public places, viz., A. Rodrigues, Staples, (two cases,) J. Castle, E. Haines, and J. Lines, who were all fined 5s each and costs.
