MONTENEGRO'S DEMANDS REJECTED.
HOSTILITIES COMMENCED. RUSSIANS ADVANCING. ROUMANIA PERMANENT ARMY CALLED OUT. WAR PANIC ON STOCK EXCHANGE. London, April 14. The demands of Montenegro have been rejected. Hostilities re-commenced. Russians are advancing on Jassey. Declaration of war is believed to be imminent. Roumania permanent army has been called out. War panic during week on stock exchange. Turkey declines to adhere to the Protocol and war is regarded as inevitable. Turkey's despatch to the Powers specially rejects the addition made by Schouvaloff to the Px'otocol, repels interference with her internal affairs, and only consents to send an envoy to discuss the propriety of disarming, provided Russia disarms fis well. The Turkish Chamber rejects the demand of Montenegro.
