Lyttelton wheat is about 5s 9d; New Zealand oats, nothing doing. Brandy is easier; other commodities are little altered. There has been no sign of transit of Vulcan during the past two days. Brisbane, March 23. Governor Kennedy arrived at Townville on Tuesday by the Torres Straits mail. One case of smallpox occurred aboard. The vessel was quarantined.
