I HEREBY give notice, in accordance with the provisions of the Education Boards Act, 1876, that a PUBLIC MEETING of HOUSEHOLDERS will be held in the LE BON'S BAY EDUCATION DISTRICT, at the School Room, on the 29th day of January, at 8 p.m., for the purpose of Electing ONE PERSON to serve on the School Committee. PIGEON BAY ROAD BOARD. TAKE NOTICE.—The VALUATION LIST for the Pigeon Bay District for the year 1877 is NOW OPEN for INSPECTION at the Schoolmaster's House. All objections thereto must be left at the Magistrate's Court, Pigeon Bay, on or before the 15th day of February, addressed to the Assessment Court, and a copy of every such objection must be left at the Pigeon Bay Road Board Office NOT I-ESS than Seven Days before the next sitting of the said Court. "ATOTICE is hereby given that the I_N VALUATION LIST for the Akaroa and Wainui Road Board District, for the year 1877, is now OPEN for INSPECTION at the office of the Board, Akaroa. All objections thereto must be left at the Resident Magistrate's Court, addressed to the Assessment Court, on or before the 15th of February next, and a copy of such objection must be left at the office of the Akaroa and Wainui Road Board, not less than seven days before the next sitting of the said Court. THE VALUATION LIST for this District for the year 1877, will be Open for Inspection at Reynold's Store, Little River, from the 15th inst. to the 27th inst.; and at Forbes' Store, Tai Tapu, from the latter date to the 15th proximo. All objections thereto must be left on or before the 15 th February, addressed to the Assessment Court; and also a copy at the office, Kaituna, not less than seven days before next sitting of the said Court. IN accordance with Clause 12 of the Rating Act, 1876, Notice is Hereby Given, that the Valuation List for the Borough of Akaroa for the year 1877 is NOW OPEN FOR INSPECTION at the Akaroa Borough Council Office, Town Hall Side-room. All objections thereto must be left at the Resident Magistrate's Court on or before the 15th day of February, addressed to the Assessment Court ; and a copy of every such objection must be left at the Akaroa Borough Council Office NOT LESS than seven days before the next sitting of the said Court.
