True ta«te requires it, and your poet begS The pounded yellow of two well-boiled eggs , Let onions' atoms Iterk within the howl, And, scats* suspected, animate the whole ; And, lastly, in the flavoured compound toss A tti&gie spoonful of anclsovy-saace. Oh, gte&i ar»d glorious,! ols, herbaceous meat! *TwouJd tempt the dying anchorite to eat/ Bsci to ihe work! he'd turn his weary soul.
