Burgess, Esq., S.M.) 8 Monday, November 14th, 1904. r AM.BOEB INDECBITT 43SADM. • Henry Alfred Reid was charged with i that be did, on November 3rd, indecently assault a female— vis., Elsie. , Griffiths—the same being an indictable offence. Sergt. Rogers, conducted the prosecution, and Mr J. R. Bartholomew appeared for the defence. His Worship decided to hear the case with closed doors, and ordered the court to be cleared. All witnesses were ordered out of court. Elsie Elizabeth Griffiths, sworn, said she lived with her brother, who was a photographer. On Thursday, November drd accused came to the place Her brother was away from home at the time After being there about hall an hoar, accused attempted tr. assault her.
