Sergt. Rogers, conducted the prosecution, and Mr J. R. Bartholomew appeared for the defence. His Worship decided to hear the case with closed doors, and ordered the court to be cleared. All witnesses were ordered out of court. Elsie Elizabeth Griffiths, sworn, said she lived with her brother, who was a photographer.
